Knitting night
That’s what I’m doing. Just knitting. I started the second dish/wash cloth for the exchange and I did more on the paws one.
After work I put on a pot of coffee and ordered pizza — pepperoni, black olives and fresh garlic! Then I settled into my room to watch tivoed shows and knit. And that’s exactly what I plan on doing for the rest of the evening.
On the job front — so far it looks like most of the unions are accepting the “deals” with the governor. The trades guys were voting today. If it passes, she wins for now. But rumor has it that she’ll do it all over again next year. If she keeps doing this we’ll be working for free. And that won’t pay the bills. God help us all! We should find out sometime next week.
I called Tommy today to invite him and Liz to go out with us tomorrow night. He’ll come by himself if she doesn’t want to go. I hope she comes because I really like her alot and it will be fun.
I guess that’s it for today. Really, it was quite a normal day at work and here at home.
