Another beautiful day
What a long and nice day today was. I took off work because it’s my birthday — 57 years old. Where did the time go. My age doesn’t bother me at all and I’m surprised by that. And happy! LOL!!!
I went to the Irish flag raising in Ansonia. That was fun. I enjoy watching the Irish dancers. Those kids are amazing.
After that Sandy and I went to Hometown Buffet and then over to Michael’s. I bought some more scrapping paper and things. God! I hate it when I decide to try a new hobby and buy all this stuff that I may never use. But that’s me! I really do plan on using it. And hopefully my pages will look good.
I want to put together something for my ex-husband. I have lots of pictures of him as a little boy and pictures of our kids that didn’t go with him. I will be nice and make sure no pictures of me go into the book even though I was a part of them. I don’t want to cause any trouble.
Tonight I had to be Inner Guard at the lodge meeting for the last time. I didn’t mess up too badly. LOL!!
I was amazed at all the birthday greetings I got from my friends and family on facebook. And Denise called me from Washington state which is great because it really wouldn’t be my birthday without that annual phone call. She got me to join Skype and we were able to talk and see each other online. That’s going to be awesome.
She is opening an online art gallery to sell her paintings and also going to send me another one when we decide on what will go best in my apartment.
That’s it for tonight. I’m exhausted.
